  4.     HOW TO REGISTER PAPERMAN:
  5.     Registration of Paperman 1.4s costs $14.95. After we 
  6.     receive payment, you will be contacted by phone or mail
  7.     (please indicate your preference under 'Instructions')
  8.     with a registration number. Input it into PAPERMAN and
  9.     the nag screens will disappear.  Registered users of 
  10.     PAPERMAN also qualify for a 50% discount on Dropview\\IP
  11.     and for 40% discounts on purchases of DBView, SJHEdit or 
  12.     SJHConvert.

  14.     PAYMENT METHODS:
  15.     Compuserve users may pay by credit card-type GO SWREG 
  16.     at the prompt and search the database by Author's ID 
  17.     (our ID is 70144,3033).    This service is available for 
  18.     Paperman registrations only. Any other programs must 
  19.     be purchased directly from SJHDesign.
  20.  
  21.     To order a program, send a check or money order for 
  22.         the correct amount(add $20.00 US for orders outside 
  23.     the Continental United States)with this form to :
